Ferhat Tutşi is a Diyarbakir-based musician, artist, and music educator. Continuing his work in the fields of Kurdish and Turkish music, the artist blends traditional melodies with modern interpretations, offering his audience a unique musical experience.
Actively pursuing his career for many years through live performances, concerts, and music education, Ferhat Tutşi reaches a wide audience with his interpretations of the bağlama, vocals, and various forms of folk music.
Aiming to preserve the cultural heritage of folk music and pass it on to new generations throughout his artistic life, Tutşi continues to produce through his original projects, digital releases, and stage performances.
In addition to his musical endeavors, he conducts educational activities for various age groups, particularly contributing to bringing young talents together with music.
With his/her* father's encouragement, he/she developed an interest in music at a young age by memorizing folk songs. These years formed the first steps of an artistic journey that would shape the future.
He/she took the first step of his/her musical journey by receiving bağlama (saz) training at the Dicle Fırat Culture and Art Center.
He/she met with large audiences by participating in his/her first television program with the group "Koma Kulîlkên Me."
He/she improved his/her stage experience by performing at culture and art festivals in various cities with the group "Koma Kulîlkên Me."
He/she took part in a major artistic event by performing on stage with Koma Nujiyan during the Diyarbakır Newroz celebrations.
He/she started his/her academic music education by winning a place in the Piano Department of the State Conservatory.
He/she completed his/her academic music education by graduating from the Piano Department of the State Conservatory.
He/she continuously continues his/her artistic works through concerts, festivals, special events, and music education.
